- Take 1 cup palm oil

- Stir while it fry to prevent it from burning, fry for about 15minutes and add the boiled fish water
- Add your blended pepper and onions, and crayfish,
- Add your boiled fish, maggi and salt and allow it to boil for 3minutes
- Wash your sliced or cut bunch of ugwu (pumpkin leaf),cover the pot,let it boil for 5seconds
- Drop the pot and serve,you can serve it hot or cold
