- once cake is cool poke holes in the top so that when you pour glaze on to it can sink into the cake
- in a large bowl empty can of frosting
- add soda to frosting to create a glaze to the thickness you prefer
- add green food coloring
- pour over cake and use the extra frosting to drizzle on top when you serve your cake slices
