Just pour the mixture into a glass or metal pan (make sure not to over fill as it will expand as it freezes!) every couple of hours scrape it from the top down, (we use a fork) it'll have the texture of a snow cone. Do this a couple of times. After the second time put it in a freezer safe container with a lid. Should keep in the freezer for a few months.

Arrange the watermelon cubes in an even layer on a baking sheet. Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and freeze until the. Watermelon sorbet is an ideal refreshment during the heat of summer.
