Basbousa is a semolina cake popular in the Middle East as well as the countries along the Eastern Mediterranean shores. The cake itself is not too sweet but it is soaked with a sugar syrup scented with. This traditional Middle Eastern dessert comes together in just one bowl.   6. Let it for 15 minutes and get it out then Pour half of sorbet on it and Sprinkl grated coconut and put it in the oven again for 15 minutes in the up shelf
  7. After that get it out and Pour the another half of sorbet
  8. Let it Cool and enjoy
  9. For making sorbet : put sugar,water and lemon on Saucepan and let it poiling for 15 minutes then switch off the stove
  10. Let sorbet cool and use it

Melt butter, allow to cool to room temperature. Combine sugar and buttermilk in a large bowl. Combine the semolina, vanilla, baking powder and baking soda in a separate bowl.
