Instructions to make Pani Puri Sorbet:
- In a blender, add everything except cumin powder, pani puri masala, and lemon.
- Blend nicely and strain the mixture in a bowl, collect the Pani in bowl and discard the residue
- Squeeze the lime and add juice to the liquid, now add cumin powder, pani puri masala and mix.
- Taste and adjust seasoning
- In a air tight container, pour the pani puri liquid and freeze over nite or for 7 to 8 hours.
- To serve take a spoon and scrap the sorbet in a serving bowl garnish with boondi and mint leaves.
