- Once meat is done, in same skillet add butter and flour, whisk making a roux. Once thick pour in all the liquid the beef cooked in, whisking constantly for about 5 min.
- Place your delicious sliced tri tip (cut against the grain) on a plate, cover with gravy. BAM
