  11. Prepare 2 Nos Onions (Big) sliced to very small pieces -

  13. Get 2 tbs Ginger grated  -
  14. Make ready 3 tbs curry leaves

  1. Cook grated,banana blossom with little salt and turmeric.Separate Tuna from the bones,after cooking it with pepper turmeric and salt and
  2. Heat pan. Pour 3tbs oil and saute mustard followed by spices in group 2, one by one until onions turn slightly brown. Add grated tuna and saute for 3 minutes. Add banana blossom followed by finely powdered spices in group 1. Finally add shredded potatoes. Mix well with a scoop  and add salt if needed.Stir for a few more minutes and take out from fire.
  3. When the contents are cool, make balls after confirming that every thing is mixed well and finely blended.Press each ball once,dip in egg-white,cover with oats and deep fry.The yummy,crispy cutlet is ready
