- Prepare 1/2 kg chicken legs

- Wash the chicken legs until clean and then dry it with paper towel.
- Cut the garlic and the red garlic in a thin slice,wash and dry
- Cut the chilliin thin slice too ,wash and dry
- Take a heat resistant dish,governance the banana leaf around the plate(if there is no banana leaf there is ok if you are not used it).
- Then put the chicken leg into the dish/plate,then put it the garlic, red garlic, chilli, fresh bay leaves and then the coconut milk into the dish/plate, give salt n sugar,and then steam it in a steamer
- Taste it until you feel that the taste fit with your tongue, and then steam at about 1 hour/until the chicken soft. Then take it into bowl..ready to eat
