  18. Get 1/4 cup Grated Coconut
  19. Get 1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds(dry roasted)

Instructions to make Sundaikkai Puli Kuzhambu Turkey Berry Curry:
  1. Add the ingredients given for grinding in a blender. Grind to a smooth paste by adding water gradually.
  2. In a currypan, add oil. Once oil gets heat, add mustard seeds and asafoetida. Fry it.
  3. Add shallots,dry red chilli and curry leaves. Saute till shallots becomes translucent.
  4. Add Sundaikkai, saute for 5 mins in medium flame.
  5. Add Tomatoes. Saute for 2 mins. Then add tamarind extract. Mix well.
  6. Add garlic, turmeric powder, sambar powder and salt. Mix well. Cover and cook for 10 mins in medium flame.
  7. Add the ground paste and some water. Mix well. Cover and cook in medium flame till Sundaikkai gets cooked.
  8. Add jaggery powder and garnish with coriander leaves. Transfer to a bowl.
  9. Now it's ready to serve with hot rice.
