The ingredients needed to make Almond Bliss:
  1. Get 1 cup Almonds
  2. Take 2 tbsp Honey
  3. Make ready 1 raisins, cocoa powder lemon zest optional
Steps to make Almond Bliss:
  1. Turn almonds into almond meal. Store bought can be used. I make my own. Either coffee grinder or cheese shredder can be used. I use my little Soyabella machine.
  2. Set aside like a tablespoon of almond meal
  3. Dump almond meal into a mixing bowl. Add honey. Just enough to form a dough. Mix well
  4. Wet your hands, form 3/4" balls.
  5. Roll candies in saved almond meal. Let sit in the fridge for 20 mins or eat as is.
  6. Any kind of nuts can be used. Do not put too much honey. Do not eat more than two at a time, they ore calorie rich.
  7. Optional step: These candies are perfect with just honey and nuts. Other ingredients are optional. But i believe that there is no need in trying to make something good better
