- In a blender jar put green peas, ginger, green chilli, 6 garlic pods half cup water blend it make a fine puree
- Heat the wok with 1tbsp pure ghee add prepared puree saute it 5 min on medium flame now add salt to taste mix it properly
- Now add water cover and cook for 15 min on lower flame stir it between interval timing when dal till it becomes thick now reduce the flame
- Heat the tdka pan with 1tbsp ghee add cumin, asafotida crankled it add garlic change nice brown in colour then pour the over cooked dal
- Again heat the tdka pan with remaining ghee add red chilli powder again pour tdka cooked dal
- Now it is ready for serving you can enjoy it rice or chapati
