- Get 1-2 tsp Oil for each Paratha
Instructions to make Green Peas Matar Parathas:
- First crush garlic, green chillies, ginger in chilli cutter. In same put green peas and crush it.
- For dough: In kneading plate add flour, salt, oil mix it. And add little little water knead the soft dough. Keep a side.
- For Stuffing: Take pan/ kadhai add Oil on medium flame. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida and crushed ginger,garlic, Chillies. Saute it till golden.
- Now add crushed green peas. Saute it till the colour get little change. And get nice Aroma. Now add salt
- Add turmeric powder, kitchen king masala, chat masala. Mix it all well and saute it for 5 min.
- Add lemon juice, coriander leaves and grated boiled potato.
- Mix it well and keep a side for half an hr so stuffing get cool.
- Now start the process of making Parathas. Make equal parts of the dough and make balls. Roll the dough ball in dry flour place it on flat surface. Roll it small roti and put the stuffing in it.
- Close the stuffing by bringing roti together and take out the remaining Dough from the upper portion. Make the flat ball. Flatten it with the hand.
- Dust some dry flour and start rolling. Roll it for 6-7inches
- Now put the griddle/ tava on medium flame place the roll Paratha on hot griddle. Get it half cooked from one side and turn it to another side with the help of spatula.
- Another side get cooked put tsp oil and start roasting the Paratha. Roast it in golden colour from both the side.
