  1. Prepare the rice of your choice right white or brown. It's better to have it prepped the previous day or even left over rice from the previous meal can do wonders. Incase you're using leftover rice from the fridge, bring it down to the room temperature before use.
  2. Heat clarified butter (ghee) or oil in a wok pan or a kadhai. Add just half the prescribed quantity, in this case just add 1/2 teaspoon for now. Ghee is definitely a better option owing to it's benefits, it aids in skin glow and moisture.
