  1. In pressure cooker heat ghee or oil
  2. Add cardamon, cinnamon cloves tej patta.
  3. As soon as it splutter, add onion and saute till golden brown.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste
  5. Add tomatoes saute for few seconds and all veggies
  6. Add garam masala, turmeric and salt.mix well
  7. Add two cups of water. Cook for two whistle.
  8. Wait upto pressure releases. Serve hot.
