- Take 200 gms boiled peas
- Take 250 gms paneer
- Take 3 big tomatoes

- Take 2 tbsp cream
- Prepare Handful Cashew
- Get 2 tsp magaz seeds
- Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Get Handful Coriander tsp
- Make ready 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Get 2 tbsp shahi paneer masala,optionl
- Take 1 tsp amchur powder
- Get 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
Instructions to make Paneer kaliya:
- Stuffing for rolls- take 1 cup boiled pea and mashed coarsely. Add jeera powder, chilli powder,and ginger grated, garam masala Amchoor powder, salt.
- For Paneer rolls- Grind paneer in a mixture jar,keep in a plate add all-purpose flour, salt,make a dough. Add cornflour if required.
- Make Paneer rolls- take 1 part of paneer dough Roll out make chapati.
- Apply 1 Tbsp of already cooked gravy now apply pea stuffing, spread it evenly.
- Cut the paneer chapati into thin strips roll out it as shown the below pics.
- Roll out remaining paneer strips like the pics.now take a Tawa add little bit oil shallow fry rolls both sides.
- For gravy- Grind onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and cashew to a fine paste.
- Take a kadhai pour oil now add above grind paste till oil separated.
- Add shahi paneer masala and other dry spices. Cook for minutes add hot water if required.
- Add fresh cream mix well. Gravy is ready.serve with Paneer Rice & laccha parathas
