- First boil potatoes, cauliflower, carrot,beans and mash them.
- Grind tometoes, red chillies,ginger,garlic to paste.
- Heat oil and ghee in kadai add tomato paste and cook till oil seperates.
- Add 2sp onion and capsicum,peas and cook for a while.
- Now add masala, chilli powder and mix it well add mashed veggies mix properly add salt and lemon juice.
- Cover cook for sometime and pav bhaji is ready to serve topped with butter,onion coriander leaves and lemon wedges.
