  1. Prepare 1 +1/2 cup peas
  2. Make ready 2 medium sized diced potatoes
  3. Get 1 medium sized chopped tomato
  4. Take 3/4 cup chopped coriander leavevs

  6. Prepare 1/4 cup chopped green garlic with leaves
  7. Make ready 1/2 inch ginger
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  9. Take 8-10 black peppercorn
  10. Make ready 1 black cardamom
  11. Take 2-3 green cardmom podS
  12. Take 1 inch cinnnamon stick
  13. Make ready 1/2 inch mace
  14. Make ready 3-4 cloves
  15. Take as per taste Salt
  16. Get 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
  17. Prepare 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  18. Prepare 2 tbsp mustard oil
  19. Make ready 1 tbsp ghee
Instructions to make Nimona:
  1. Grind all the spices except fenugreek seed &asafoetida along with coriander, garlic chilli & ginger. Remove green masala paste from jar. In the same jar coarsely grind 1/2 of peas.
  2. Take kadhai put oik and golden fry potatoes take out and in same pan add bay leaf and fenugreek seeds splutter for 30 sec add green masala.cook until leave oil then add grind peas and whole peas. Cook again till leave oil at this time add salt, potatoes and tomato cook for 2-3 min now add boil water according to your desired consistency. Cook for 10 more min on medium flame. Switch off the flame and take tadka pan heat ghee switch off flame add asafoetida.put tadka in prepared nimona and serve
  3. Serve hot with rice.
