- Get all ingredients ready. Cut Potatoes in cubes, wash green peas and soak in water, chopped tomatoes, corsely crush green chillies ginger garlic together.
- Take a cooker on medium flame add oil. As oil get hot add mustard seeds let crackled. Now add asafoetida and crush green chillies ginger garlic. Saute it till get golden.
- Now add chopped Tomato. Saute it till it get tender. Add red chilli powder, Turmeric Powder, coriander powder, sabji masala. Saute it.
- Now add green peas, cut potatoes. Mix it well and add salt.
- Add 1/2 cup water. Mix it. Close the lid. Make flame high. And let get 3 whistle. Let cooker get cool open the lid mix the sabji well. Sprinkle coriander leaves.
- Serve it with Parathas, roti, rice and enjoyyy
