The ingredients needed to make Nimona:
- Take 1 medium bowl (approx 400 gram) green peas
- Prepare 2 medium size onion
- Get 2 medium size chopped tomatoes
- Take Handful chopped green coriander leaves
- Make ready 3 inches javitri
- Take 2 cinnamon sticks
- Prepare 2 green cardamoms
- Prepare 2 black cardamom
- Prepare 20 black pepper corns
- Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds

- Get 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- Get 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Take to taste Salt
- Prepare as needed Mustard oil
- Prepare 1 whole garlic pod
- Make ready 1 tsp ginger powder
Instructions to make Nimona:
- Firstly in a jar add green peas now blend it make a coarser paste keep it aside.
- In a blender jar add all given spices just like cumin, black peppercorn, garlic, cinnamon,javitri, green cardamom, black cardamom, 1 roughly chopped onion and as little water now blend it make a fine paste now keep it aside.
- Now take a 1 onion chopped it then heat the wok with cooking oil then add bay leaf now add chopped onion saute it nice change pink colour
- Now add the prepared mixture, turmeric powder, red chilli powder stir and mix it properly on lower flame
- When spices separate till it oil then add green peas mixture sitr it for few minutes then add chopped tomatoes and ginger powder, to taste salt mix it well now cover and cook for 10 mins on lower flame.
- Stirring in between interval duration
- Now add 2 glasses water (as required) mix it properly now again cover and cook for 1o min on lower flame.
- Now reduce the flame and garnish some chopped coriander leaves it's done.
- Now you can enjoy this rice or chapati.
