The ingredients needed to make Green Veggie Pulao:
  1. Take 2 cup Basmati rice
  2. Take 3-4 tsp ghee
  3. Prepare 250 gm Spinach
  4. Make ready 50 gm coriander

  6. Take 5-6 garlic pod
  7. Prepare 1 inch ginger
  8. Take 1 tsp pulav masala

  13. Get 3-4 black pepper

  16. Get 1 tsp Black cumin(shahi jeera)
  17. Take 2 black cardamom
  18. Prepare 3 green cardamom
  19. Make ready Salt as per taste
  20. Get 2 capsicum chopped
  21. Take 3 onions chopped
  22. Make ready 1 carrot chopped
  23. Take 1/2 cup green peas(boiled)
  24. Take 1 lemon juice
  25. Prepare as needed Coriander leaves
  26. Take 5-6 Fried cashew
Instructions to make Green Veggie Pulao:
  1. Take deep vessel add 4-5 glass water. Get a boil add salt and green cardamom (open it little) once the water gets boiling add wash rice. Mix it and boil for 7-10 min. Rice should be half boiled. Strain the rice in strainer keep a side.
  2. Take another deep pan add 3-4 glass of water add 1 tsp oil, salt and washed spinach. Boil for 3-5 min. Strain all the water and let it cool.
  3. Take a grinder add green chillies, garlic pod, ginger, coriander leaves, blanch spinach. Grind it in smooth paste.
  4. Take a big pan. Add ghee, Black cumin, bay leaves, cloves, black pepper, black cardamom (open at the top), cinnamon. Saute it for a min. Add onions, capsicum, carrot. Saute it properly.
  5. Now add the green paste. Saute it for 5 min till ghee released. Now add boiled green peas. Mix it well.
  6. Add salt, pulav masala, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder. Mix it well.
  7. Now add half boil rice to the green veggie gravy. Mix it well. Squeeze lemon mix it well. Sprinkle coriander leaves. And fried cashew and onion. Serve with papad, raita, chilli pickle.
