  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker I cooked in kadhai, add jeera, mustard seeds,curry leaves, whole garam masala let them sizzle,then add chopped onion, saute them till translucent.
  2. Grind green chillies, ginger, garlic,mint,1 tbsp coconut grated coriander leaves,make a fine paste.
  3. Add this paste mix it,add cut veggies,salt, turmeric powder,mix it well,
  4. Add 2 cups of water,(more or less acc.to quality of rice)bring to boil,
  5. Then add soaked rice.
  6. If you cook in cooker,Cover the lid with whistle,take 1 or 2 whistle,in pan or kadhai cover it with cover,cook it about for 10 mins in low flame,in between stir occasionally.
  7. Serve with curd or raita.
