  10. Make ready 1 teaspoon red chilli powder

  12. Take 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  13. Take 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  14. Prepare 1 tablespoon kasuri methi
  15. Get 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  16. Prepare 5 tablespoons cooking oil
  17. Prepare Whole Spices:-
  18. Take 1 bayleaf
  19. Take 1 black cardamom
  20. Make ready 1 green cardamom
  21. Prepare 2 cloves
  22. Get 5 nos black pepper corns
  23. Make ready 2 inch cinnamon sticks
  24. Get 2 dried red chilli
Instructions to make Sabzi Ki Bahaar/Mix Vegetables Sabzi:
  1. Heat oil in deep kadhai fry onion till it change into light brown. Transfer it in plate and let it cool on room temperature.
  2. In same oil cook separate cauliflower, potatoes and paneer for 2minutes on low high flame and transfer all veggies in 1 plate. (Fry Potatoes for 2minutes  1/2 done).
  3. Grind into fine paste (fried onion with tomato, ginger and garlic).
  4. In same oil we will add whole spices (cumin seeds, clove, cinnamon, green cardamom, big cardamom, beayleaf, dried red chilli and black pepper corn when spices stop spluttering, add fine paste and  - Cook till oil starts floating on all over masala in between keep stirring.
  5. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and kasuri methi and keep stirring till it done )bhunno.
  6. Add green peas and carrot with 4 tablespoons water. Cover the lid and cook for 5minutes on low flame.
  7. Add fried cauliflower, potatoes and paneer, mix it well. Cover the lid and again cook for 5minutes or it done.
  8. Add coriander leaves and mix it. Switch off the flame.
  9. Serve hot with chapati or tandoori roti. Ready to eat.
