Instructions to make Hariyali pav bhaji:
- Boil 1 cup water and add spinach.blanch of 2 min and drain water from..transfer it into ice cold water.
- Now drain extra water and grind spinach,mint leaves, coriander leaves,green chilies,garlic to fine paste.
- Heat butter and oil in a wok..and saute finely chopped onions for few min..
- Add chopped tomatoes,capsicums and cook till all three have become soft and translucent.
- Add boiled mashed potatoes,cauliflower to it.
- Add turmeric powder,cumin powder,pav bhaji masala and mix well.cook for few min.
- Now add puree of spinach mint coriander chilli,boiled peas,lemon juice,salt and mix well.
- Cook for few min..and off the flame..don't over cook.
- Heat tawa..add butter,pinch pav bhaji masala,coriander leaves and roast pav on both sides..
- Serve hot hariyali pav bhaji with onion,tomato, jalapenoes…and grated cheese on it.
