Steps to make Vegetable Oats:
- Heat a heavy bottom pan.. Dry roast Oats in pan for two minutes.. Keep aside.
- Heat butter in pan.. Add cumin seeds.. Let it fry.. Now add chopped garlic.. Let it pink colour. Stir continuously.
- Now add chopped onion.. Let it transparent.. Add ginger and tomato chopped..Green chilli too.. Add salt.. Cook it for next two minutes.
- Now add chopped carrot, capsicum n bell peppers.. Let it half done..
- Add dry roast Oats.. Mix well.. Add water.. Black pepper.. Cook till oats done..
- Off gas. Sprinkle cilantro n Cucumber.. U can add any type of sauce..
