- Prepared all your ingredients as shown below in the picture. It is up to you on how you cut your vegetables.But always make sure the hard vege goes in first then the soft and leafy vegetables
- First,heat your wok and cooking oil as always. Fry your red onion until brownish and aroma come out and then add in your bean peas,carrot,potato and kailan stem. Mixed it well and add in abit of water so it don’t goes very dry. Leave it about 2-3minutes with low medium heat and then add in your kailan leaf and your sauces.stir it well.always add in water if it goes dry.some gravy won’t hurt,it even taste delicious when eat with rice later on.Gravy on rice..yummy.
