- Make ready 1/4 kilo turtle beans, boiled
- Get Vegetable oil

- Add garlic and stir for 1 minute untill aromatic.
- Add tumeric, stir continuously.
- Add carrots and ginger.
- When the carrots are soft and well incoporated with the ginger and tumeric, add the boiled beans.
- In a separate pot heat the beef broth.
- Add broth or hot water, stir on high heat untill it begins to bubble. Add corriander, turn heat down and let simmer for 5-10 minutes, depending on how much soup you want left. I like mine completely reduced
- Serve warm.
