Instructions to make Sautéed Garlic Spinach:
  1. Coat the bottom of a large pan with olive oil and heat slightly……

  3. Next add your minced garlic and sauté until garlic is fragrant, just a few minutes…….
  4. Stir in your 5 packs of fresh baby spinach…….
  5. Add just a sprinkle of black pepper and salt…….Cover with a lid……
  6. Remove lid periodically and stir until spinach has wilted…….
  7. Continue to sauté spinach for several more minutes or until liquid evaporates, without the lid……Stir gently……
