- In standard sized stock pot heat 3 cups of water its ok if it boils
- Add cumin,curry powder,chicken base,salt and white pepper stir until dissolved
- Add heavy cream and allow to get hot DO NOT ALLOW TO BOIL you only want it really really hot it allows bananas to swell faster
- Add bananas and continually wisk or stir with large spoon until bananas swell and dissovle into cream its important not to allow bananas to settle on the bottom of thepot or they will burn so make sure they dissolve
- Combine 1/2 cup warm water with cornstarch until dissolved and SLOWLY pour into bisque while continually stirring until texture is thick or as desired
- Turn heat on low
- Add nutmeg before serving to give added aroma ….Serve with grill cheese sandwiches
