  3. Allow to cool slightly before putting the entire mixture in a food processor (if you don’t have a food processor you can mash by hand, although the mash won’t be as smooth). Process until nice and smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve the mash nice and hot, piled into a bowl and topped with an extra tbsp. of coconut milk.
